Does not help much to get refund of the concert tickets, when people have spent a lot of money on planetickets, traintickets, visa, passport, three days off from work and so on … No refunds for all that waste of time and money ….

I completely agree with you.Visa costs much more than concert’s ticket.Actually I am not from Germany and I have already been on your concert.But it is really ugly act from your side. Some months ago you said,that you are not such a person,who is used to cancelling concerts.Now I am starting to think that it was lies.I am really dissapointed.

I’m so disappointed. I was really looking forward to the concert in Bremen. It would have been a perfect start into the Christmas season!

You only get back the money for the tickets themselves, not the costs you had for getting them! In my case it was 9 € less than I had to pay for them! Poor organization!! I think an honest explanation should be given by now. And if you ever plan again any concerts in Germany, better not with “Contra Promotion” as they take your money and though it’s not your fault that the ticket “can’t be used”, they don’t give you back the whole money!! The least they could do is substitute your costs and apologize!
