”Fairytale – The Movie” er filmen om eventyret etter seieren i Eurovision Song Contest 2009 – et eventyr som sendte Alexander Rybak på en triumfferd gjennom Europa. Vi følger Alexander tett på hysteriet, ryktene, romansene, livet bak scenen – og på scenen. ”Fairytale – The Movie” utgis på DVD, mandag 30. november 2009.
En ærlig Alexander forteller historien med egne ord, og med eksklusive bilder fra innsiden av turnélivet hans som aldri før er blitt vist. Et filmteam, med Norges nye stjerneregissør Rune Langlo (99% Ærlig, Nord) i spissen, har dokumentert livet som gryende stjerne i Europa.
“Kamerateamet fulgte meg overalt. Det er nesten irriterende å se hvor mange hemmeligheter som blir avslørt nå.” sier Alexander Rybak selv om filmen. – “Jeg blir jo litt flau av å se hvor mye rart jeg har sagt foran kamera, – dette er underholdning på min bekostning, og heldigvis lo jeg selv”, forteller en blid Alexander på telefon fra Malmø.
Ekstra bonusmateriale inkluderer konserten fra Operaen i Oslo, der Rybak fikk musikalsk selskap av bl.a. Arve Tellefsen og Elisabeth Andreassen, samt musikkvideoene til ”Fairytale”, ”Funny Little World” og ”Roll With The Wind”.

“Camera team followed me everywhere. It’s almost annoying to see how many secrets are revealed now. “Says Alexander Rybak although the movie. – “I’m a little embarrassed to see how a lot of things I have said in front of the camera – this is entertainment at my expense, and luckily I laughed myself”, says a jolly Alexander by telephone from Malmö.
Extra bonus material includes the concert from the Opera House in Oslo, where Rybak had musical company of such Arve Tellefsen and Elisabeth Andreassen, as well as music videos for “Fairy Tale”, “Funny Little World” and “Roll With The Wind”.
Probably several webshops will be selling the video, and they often send to all countries. Hopefully they will put english translations in the video, since Alexander has many fans all over the world it seems. If any of you need to translate anything that you read on the internet you can use the google translator. You put the original text in a box and choose which language to translate into.
